After paying (either method), send us a screenshot of your payment via WhatsApp to confirm. Your access unlocks instantly — the screenshot lets us verify the payment.
Access is instant. The moment you tap "I've Paid" and confirm, your child gets full access to all lessons and tools right away — no waiting.
You then send your payment screenshot via WhatsApp so we can confirm it. If a payment is not confirmed, access may be suspended — but as long as you've paid, you're set from the very first second.
Because we give you immediate full access to all lessons and tools the moment you're granted access, all sales are final once access has been granted.

This rule exists for two reasons:
If two children in your family need access, please purchase two accounts. Contact us via WhatsApp — we sometimes have family arrangements available.
Each subject you unlock gives you 12 months of full access from the date access is granted.
It does not auto-renew. At the end of 12 months, you'll be invited to renew at the then-current price.
